If you have not received your order after 15 days, please email us and we will escalate the issue to our Level 2 support team and refund your full amount, no questions asked.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after ordering.
How do I know if my order has been shipped and is on its way?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has received your package from our distribution center. Please use appropriate carrier tracking services to find out when your package has been received and is en route.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time of placing your order for its status to be updated.
The tracking information shows that my package was delivered, but I haven't received it.
We understand how important your order is, so our store provides you with a tracking feature for your package. If the status indicates that it has been delivered and you have not actually received it,
Please check your neighborhood in case it was delivered by mistake to another home. Talk to family members, roommates, etc. if they received the package on your behalf. The package may also have been delivered to the property managers or apartment office.
